Poject Details

We are currently developing a conceptual design for the Candela Hotel and Residences, a multi-story mixed use project at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Pike Streets, Seattle. The project will incorporate an exclusive hotel and spa, private residences, and commercial uses. We will be designing the building with the goal of achieving a LEED gold certification, and are exploring strategies including green roofs, living walls, solar energy collection and wind power.
