Poject Details
An urban infill project set in Seattleās evolving Pike/Pine neighborhood, 1111 East Pike finds inspiration in an historic industrial aesthetic to create an exciting modern addition to the community. The multi-use project will feature ground-level retail, five levels of condominiums, and two underground parking levels. Each condominium features nine-foot floor to ceiling windows and open-plan layouts, with the kitchen partially enclosed—- a box within a box. Surprising touches, like a puzzle door that slides along the ceiling, differentiate these condominiums from other projects springing up around the city.
